Hobro Sailing Club was founded on 30 May 1935, but it was not until 1967 that the club got its own independent harbour. A fantastic voluntary effort over the years means that the harbor appears well-maintained and modern. There is always a helping hand when you visit Hobro Sailing Club.

The clubhouse, which is located at the protected area Sildehagen on the north side of the fjord, was completed in 1980. In 2007, a major renovation was carried out, including covered verandas. The house is uniquely situated on the slope and with a unique view of the fjord.

Hobro Marina has space for 130 boats. Annually, the port welcomes approx. 600 guest sailors from near and far.
