In 1917, the harbor moved to the current area - right next to Denmark's oldest active wooden shipyard, which was founded in 1849. Since 1977, the yard has been restoring and refurbishing old wooden ships - all while the neighbor Hobro Både & Fiskerihavn has developed, but with great respect for the story.

The port's focal point is still fishing - even if today there is only one full-time fisherman and 4 - 5 beekeepers left at the port.

Therefore, the development at the port has also moved in the direction of focusing on many other activities. It is thus primarily yachts and a few different fast boats that take up the majority of the port's 81 berths, just as family activities and great hospitality towards guest sailors are a daily occurrence.

Guest tax per Day: 130 DKK

Use of tow point: Free

The harbor also has motorhome pitches that are connected to the boat and fishing harbor itself on the eastern side of the area. Read more Here!
