In Restaurant Uafhængig, we offer delicious seasonal company menus, which are carefully composed.
Inspiration for the dishes can be found, among other things, in the forest and in the area around Mariager Fjord.
If you have special wishes, you can put together a menu with us.
Wine and other drinks are adapted to the selected menu, all of which are served professionally by our skilled team of waiters.
It is of course also possible for you and your guests to end the lovely evening with an overnight stay at the hotel.
The next morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast together, before you leave the hotel.
