Restaurant Independent is Hotel Amerikas gastronomic heart.
Here, classic virtues meet a modern approach to taste and season. The Christmas menu is composed based on seasonal ingredients and the area around the hotel – the forest, the fjord and the agriculture of North Jutland.
The food is the focus, but the wines also play a role. Our wine cellar is carefully curated and matches the nuances of the menu. Everything is served in stylish and warm surroundings with views of the park and forest.

Accommodation after the party
When the Christmas party draws to a close, a good night's sleep awaits you in one of our 67 rooms and suites. All rooms are atmospherically and comfortably furnished - with consideration for both function and peace. The next morning we offer a delicious breakfast spread, so you can say goodbye over freshly brewed coffee and rolls.
