With a creative approach, our kitchen is constantly moving towards new taste experiences.
The menus are carefully composed and all based on seasonal ingredients and with inspiration from the surrounding nature; Østerskoven and Mariager Fjord.
The food does not stand alone. The passion for wine is high and the wines in the wine cabinet are carefully selected and adapted to the seasonal menus.
Restaurant Uafgængig is stylishly and comfortably furnished with a view of the park and forest.

Sunday's plat du jour

Every Sunday from 18.00 you can enjoy our plat du jour, which includes a dish and a drink (beer, wine or water). Choose between beer - classic or lager and a wine selected by our restaurant manager - both red and white.

May 5: Cassoulet
May 12: Onglet – caramelized onion – pepper sauce
19 May: Rissotto – fried fish – fume
May 26: Boeuf bourguignon – pomme puree
